What had happend: It was yesterday, Feburary 14, around 5 P.M. when I was asked to join one of my friends server's, he had the map currently set to MvM_Bigrock and I decided to join it. So we messed around a bit when Wazoo joined the game. At first we didn't make anything of it, we usually get new people onto the server every now and then so we decided to keep playing. As I was healing him I commented on his nice unusual hat that he had. He responded with a thank you and metioned that he was raffling away some of his unusuals because he said he was "Done with Unusual", now I checked both his backpack (to see if he actually did have any unusuals or not) and his rep to see if he was trustworthy. And it turns out they both checked out positive. Now another person who joined named TwizTed_Snowz had joined and wanted to take part in the raffle as well. He asked a scrap the least per raffle entry and it was the usually trade-based raffle (1 scrap = 1 raffle entry) so I decided to make my chances high by putting 3 recs in. Twizted put in 3 scraps so my odds were 75% of winning, and the results were twizted winning. Now I didn't think it was rigged because my luck is not exactlly positive in any means of it, so I just accepted it. Twizted was given a smoking Tippler's tricorne and after saying thanks left the server. Now I was somewhat okay with this because I had assumed it was his Green Energy Engineer Cap and not the Tippler. He then said that he would be doing another raffle for his Steaming Towering Pillar of Hats, and that this was worth 2 buds so he wanted more for the raffle entry. After some negotiation I was able to get 1 raffle entry for a rec, 2 scraps, a tuxxy, an archimedes, a backwards ballcap, and a counterfeit billycock. Now he said that in order for the raffle to begin he needed another person to enter, and as such my friend Robin decided to enter in as well and was negotiating what to trade. During this however he told me to check my messages as he had sent out a message to everyone except for Wazoo of course. This message was a link to a previous steamrep report in which a person was scammed out of the very same hat that he was raffling (link for said report here: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/not-to-trustful.22364/#post-69404). He then told me that it would be wise to ask for a refund for about 10 minutes or so I was asking him to humbily give me my items back, or at least the cosmetic items as I could get more metal. Robin even went ahead and said that he would not even bother going into the raffle and I could just have the unusual. Wazoo quickly said no and disconnected from the server. After checking his steam profile Robin mentioned that Twizted was a friend of his so he was more likely than not in on the whole scenario

What is happening now: Both the admin Pwnzor (though he constantly changes his name everyone refers to him as pwnzor) and another friend of mine Captain Falcon are going through the chats and taking as much pictures as they can of them. I will have to check with them later for any links to said pictures. Robin said he would get a person from steamrep to come and take care of this, but that she is busy with a report so it could take awhile. And me? Well I am as of now writing this here report and have already reported him for this. I really do not care what happens to him and his friend, but if it possible I would at least like my tuxxy and archimedes back from him.

Hello, do you have any screenshot to back up your claims?

Not yet, as I stated Pwnzor and Captain were taking pictures of the chat last I checked, I will have to speak to them to see if they got it
