A friend gave me an account but did not tell me about the ban. Please reference ban. I am of Polish and speak English poorly. I am not a crook.

Does not matter, as SR policy, trading/gifting/selling accounts does not negate a scammer tag.
Also the trading/gifting/selling of steam accounts is against the steam SSA/TOS along with the many issues that go along with accounts being reclaimed and true ownership. Since you are claiming not to be the original owner this appeal cannot be granted.
