Ok one of those accounts added me offering money for my unusual, he said we needed a middleman. I added a middleman (trusted one) into a conversation, then this "middleman" trade me and he wanted my unusual so he can give me the money (what middleman does usually).. I gave him the hat, then i noticed this guy also wanted to buy another one of my unusuals, so i thought something wrong were happening. I checked his account clicking on the display image, and i noticed it was a fake account with same nickname and same image. It was pretty shitty cause this guy could trade me and i didn't even added him to the conversation, i think it's a kind of bug in steam. I sent a ticket to get my unusual back cause it was steam fault, an unknown guy can't trade me if i don't have him on my friendlist. I bought my hat back cheap but I really want to see this kid banned, it's pretty shitty i lost 3 buds.
If u want to know how it works, it's pretty well done, take care from him. He random added you offering money for your unusual, he request for a random middleman (doesn't matter who), it's very suspicious but whatever, so you add this middleman to the chat, you start to talk and this supposed middleman request for the unusual so this kid can give you the money. If u want to check it if he's real middleman, when you're in the middle of the trade just click on his profile image and check it by yourself if he's really the middleman. I don't know how this fake middleman traded me cause he didn't even added me to his friendlist or something like that, he just trade me. Anyways just take care, i know this kind of things happen almost everyday but, i'm giving you the advice.
