Description:
This guy adds me on Steam and I take a look at his profile, which hasn't been set up. I think this is highly suspicious so I accept his friend request and the above conversation occurs. Due to his lack of a profile and his admittance that he just started playing TF2, I deduced that he was most likely a scammer alt as a regular player would have no idea about trading or even what a Bill's hat was. Unfortunately as he had no profile I did not know who his friends were (if any) so I have no idea who a possible alt may be.

I see no proof that he is a scammer. He made his profile last month, however.

Maybe not, but I feel he may deserve a caution tag due to his lack of a profile. In my experience people who have no profile and especially those who have very few hours in TF2 usually shouldn't know about trading, especially trading over PayPal.
