He is using someone else's nickname and is trying to phish people into a "steam community forum", that is also fake as hell.

i got some more , he also tried this to someone i was in a chat with on tf2r.com ( JP now set to private http://steamcommunity.com/id/Jaypee2/ )

a few moments later he said someone tried logging in as him
a few min. later he said his pass was changed and he couldn't log in , i tried tracking his BP but it went to private after a while.
i decided to try to find his unusual and i found this http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/5111386 steam profile is http://steamcommunity.com/id/Egbert/ it's the unusual of JP.
i'm not 100% sure that he's the scammer but he might be.
this is all i have atm , will see if i can find more

JP got his account back , the scammer changed the password to abc123 and he didn't steal anything.

Egbert is the friend i got the unusual from. and yes that phisher was dumb to change my password to abc123. figured it out in about 30 minutes

I have to add to this too, I am a recent victim who had his stuff stolen from this guy, made it online finally.

Working along side with his totoro imposter account, he trades the items he receives onto this little thing.

I do not have the chat because he successfully logged me out and it closed every steam window I had.
