lol ok long story short this guy http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198073973585-tetheredfocus.13092/ made a alt account after his other one got trade banned and oupost banned. well i didnt look him up or the other report didnt happen yet and his story checked out so i made him premium well he only paid the first two keys and also this next thing was purely coincidence. he sold me that bubbling bombing run long ago and said it was for his bday thats why i asked that (when his bday was)in chat cause then he would be telling the truth if his bday was like 2 months ago but no he ran off and blocked me cause he knew what i was gettign at so yeah this is another scammers alt account and he just got reported again also so GET A TRADE BAN ON THIS GUY OR SOMETHING.

Oh yeah Its a long story that I dont have any evidence to support it really besides the trade log, but yeah i got scammed on that and he re gifted it right before he traded it and said it was a gift for his birthday so I figured ok yeah that was gifted the day before this one so hes telling the truth so I bought it and found out it was duped many times and couldn't sell it and that he lied about it. So I found one on outpost that was gifted and was curious on where its been since i had it and i looked at who sold it to me and what would you know it was the guy i just made premium well I questioned him about his birthday and he said october 30th and thats when i tried to jog his memory a bit and he ran and blocked me. So Im repaying the favor by reporting him because also he didnt repay me the last two keys he owes me on top of the bubbling bombing run scam i dont have evidence for. Well there is a little bit of evidence if you look at the bombing run it was gifted by one of his past aliases thats about all i have for the evidence.

ok so apparently there is a big mix up these were two separate people Tetheredchaos and TetheredFocus i had them both in chat they are two separate people but they have look alike names i Kindly ask that this person gets un trade banned and that this thread is closed and sorry for wasting resources and your time ill try to never do this again in the future

The accused, after getting his main account trade banned from valve, he created an alternate the resume his scamming activities. OP didn't check the accused's SteamRep standing, and the accused told the OP some story that convinced OP to help the accused upgrade his Team Fortress 2 to Premium. Long before the accused was even trade banned by steam, OP was sold an unusual hat by the accused, which apparently was for somebody's birthday (I've read this sentence many times and I still cannot make a clear sense of it). However, OP noticed a discrepancy in the story the accused told OP: the accused told OP two different dates for his birthday (at different times, I assume). Because of this, OP came to believe that the accused is an alternate of a scammer.

OP was apparently scammed of his unusual, but was gifted the unusual back because of somebody's birthday. OP figured that the accused was telling the truth because the gift tag date matched whatever story the accused told the OP about the accused's birth date. However, after trying to sell the unusual, the OP found out that it was duped, and that the accused had lied about this birthday thing. OP was browsing around the Outpost and found an unusual that was gifted (I'm assuming it was identical to the OP's unusual). OP thought this to be unusual (no pun intended) and began looking into the item's history. OP found the accused in the item's history, so he decided to confront the accused about it. The accused, in response, blocked the OP on steam.
Apparently, the accused took two keys and an unusual from the OP.

OP appears to have mixed up two users with very similar names: TetheredChaos and TetheredFocus. At this point, I am unsure who OP is accusing of stealing his keys and unusual.

OP is asking to repeal the tradeban on TetheredFocus, implying that OP intended to accused TeatherChaos of scamming. TetheredFocus is apparently repaying the two keys at this time.
