So recently my friend bought someone's account with unusuals, they traded and the scammer told him that the account was trade banned and that it would be released soon. It wasn't so we asked Steam Support and Steam said that they needed all these details and stuff. We asked him and he said he would help us, he didn't want to tell us the details so he talked to Steam himself, he said that he needed to contact his bank about the digits of his credit card on the weekends.​

We waited til' the weekend and we asked him, then we realised he removed me from his friends list. So i search him up and see his avatar (a blue jewel) with a gibberish name. I assumed he changed accounts so i added an account (Karlisz[FKN])that wasn't on for 2 days the avatar was a yellow jewel.​

After a few hours he didn't accept my request so i checked again and realised at the bottom of the "find friends" list that there was a account named [FKN]Karlisz with the blue jewel avatar again.​

I added him and it said he was online. I refreshed his account profile and he changed his profile to private. He's avoiding me. And he's now playing TF2 at this very moment. He also declined my friend request.​

My friend requests to have the account he has unbanned from trading and receives his items.​

So what did you trade for the account? Cash , Tf2 Items? Please provide screenshots of your friends inventory history/your friend sending the paypal payment ( if you used pp )
( Go To your steam profile > Click Inventory > Right Under Gifts , Click "View Inventory History" > Then Scroll Down , Until you see the trade )
And why would you even try to buy an account that is trade banned? Common sense , is that, the person who you're buying it from will scam you.

Firstly, it is against the Steam Subscriber Agreement to trade accounts. The SteamRep Investigative policy states that we cannot support any trades occurring entirely outside of Steam. Unfortunately, what you have provided lacks sufficient evidence (such as screenshots of the trade agreement/chat). Posting pictures of accounts, while useful, does not help in cases like these. If you want a Steam account, purchase your own to avoid this in the future.
