I think it's a Phishing Attempt, not sure though. Please check the link he provided me.
The person is not in my Friend's List, he sent me a private chat request but i was away that time, & when I returned & accepted the Chat request, I saw he had left this message for me.
Hopefully, I fulfilled all the requirements of the Report, if at all i didn't, do mention the same to me.
