It was really suspicious to me, so I checked his Steamrep page and there's 2 threads about him already. Figured 1 more wouldn't hurt. This isn't definite proof that he was gonna scam me, but suspicious nonetheless.

There may be two thread about this particular person already, but that doesn't mean you can be lazy and skip proper format. You've got the title correct, so I assume you already know how to submit a correctly formatted report. Don't be lazy.
