Pretty self explanatory from the chat, he tried to scam me into giving him an unusual to 'rig' a raffle he had no authority to run. I contacted Volt, of which he said that he had no idea about this 'raffle'. He did steal my refined, but I'm not bothered, I just hope this guy doesn't get anyone else to give their unusual.
