This is the whole story:

I go to DARKLEYS Trade server and i wanted to spycrab. Marcoisfusion says that he wanted to spycrab. I made the rules: first to 3 lose. I win and he give me item. He asked for rematch. I win again. But then he made rules: first to 3 wins. I do not agree and i say first to 3 lose but he ingnore that. He made first spycrab and says something about `Yes!`. I sayed him that its first to 3 lose and then he start yelling `Im not spycrabing because its first to 3 lose!`. But he spycrabed. I winned again. Result was 1-3 ( 1 for me 3 him ). Then i go back to trade but he close it but do not leave server.

Hi there, to help with your application, try and post the actual agreement. As in proof that you both agreed to these terms before spycrabbing because at this moment it looks like a disagreement/argument.

This seems more like an misunderstanding than anything, do you have the screenshots of the actual agreement?

Else I'd have to reject this,.
