Reason: A simple trade of $7.30. He had more "rep" then me which turned out to be fake. I traded him, handed the 9.44 ref, swagsmans swatter, and brainiac goggles to him and he logged off. I never checked his steamrep profile as I forgot to since I haven't traded in a while so my protection level probably played a factor in this.
