description:
i first encountered this person while trying to sell things on a tf2 trade server. he sent me a trade saying he wanted my two sniper hats(desert marauder and your wort nightmare). right when i put them in, he put in an genuine atomic accolade and telling me that it was very valuable. seconds later, he pressed complete trade trying to make me take the item (which is worth 1.33) for my 2 hats(which are worth 4 ref combined). i tried to tell him that it wasn't valuable, so he dumped 2 craft hats that appeared to be clean and make a fair and worthy trade. so i agreed and clicked accept trade. he then said he only wanted one and quickly took out of the craft hats and switched with a dirty hat which i did not notice because he clicked accept trade right away. with out knowing that that hat was dirty, i agreed to the trade and i got the cheap genuine and worthless dirty hat. i quickly sent a trade back to him saying that he ripped me off, but instead of trading back, he quickly left trade and left the server. after a day or so later, he accepted my friend request that i sent him. before i had the chance to respond, he asked if i wanted a free unusual( i was away at the time). but not just that, he changed his name so i had no idea it was the same person. i accepted the trade he sent me and he said he wanted the genuine so i put it in the trade. he again put a dirty hat and a crappy strange, because i thought it was a random person, i was happy to get rid of an item i got from a scammer so gave it to him for cheap. soon after, i found out that it was the same person and he just scammed me again, i tell him and chat. i tell him that i reported him to steam and that i will report him to steamrep. he admits that he scams me and says he will never scam again. thus proving that he was fully aware of what he did and that it was his intent to scam me.

in conclusion:
i was not originally going to report this person, since it was a minor occurrence and was easily forgettable. but was realizing that he scammed me again and that he admitted it. i could not let that get by. someone like this needs to be marked so trades like this are less likely to occur.

i do not have my original trade because it was in tf2 and i did not know how to screen cap it in game. but i found it unimportant due tot he fact that he admitted to me that he scammed me.

also, the fact he tried to offer me a free unusual shows that he wanted to lure me into trading with him
