The story:
This scammer is a guy i met in world of warcraft, I added him on steam and i told him planning to sell my account.... He then told me that he would offer some of his dota 2 items(i was a dota 2 noob :/ ), i thought he was a nice man and i thought his offerings are REALLY awesome stuff, but its not . I came back to him and requested him to give me better items, he declined and kept talking about HOW MUCH FUN IT IS TO PLAY AROUND WITH MY LVL 90 CHARACTER!

Since you traded for something outside of Steam [in this case, your WoW account] it's nearly impossible to see if he actual received it or not. Even if it was clear, it's against Steam (and I think even Blizzard) policy to sell accounts. And even if it was clear and you were allowed to sell it, asking for more items and him refusing is not a scam.

Hello, as stated, SR doesn't normally handle these reports, Plus it's against TOS of both Valve and Blizzard the selling and trading of accounts.
