Proof:

(1) For reference, the DCC doesn't need Giftwrap to be traded.
(2) Proceeds to ask for a key so he can buy one for me. (Very similar to the Giftwrap Sharking technique)

As you can see, User: Sky | ~ [ S ]piNe put up a Classified ad on Backpack.tf (http://backpack.tf/classifieds/search/doublecross , Top classified as of posting time) asking for 2 keys on his Doublecross-Comm. Obviously a very good deal so I went ahead and sent him a trade request. He proceeded to tell me that the DCC needed Giftwrap to trade (Screenshot 1). Didn't argue because I actually didn't know, so I exited out of the trade and looked it up. DCC is confirmed for not needing giftwrap, by both wiki.teamfortress and users on wiki.teamfortress and users on Pink Taco's UTS. He then asks if I want to give him a key so he can buy giftwrap for me. not only bumping up the price from 2 keys to 3; but having a blatant scam tactic, similar to the Giftwrap trading one.
Now of course his intentions could be different and he may have wanted to buy Giftwrap, but it was sketchy. He then changed the backpack.tf ad description to how it needs a Giftwrap; but still making the price a false advertisement.
