He offered me $16 for my announcer, which was very fishy as the announcer was only 11$. So anyways, i tried many methods to ask him to validate the trade, but was unsuccesful, and hence i did not trade. I only reported him in case he was a scammer and this report could help others to not be scammed.
He said he would trade the steam money directly to me using the trade, which to my knowledge is impposible.
