I looked into this because of all the drama generated by these two raffles http://tf2r.com/k6xdjll.html and http://tf2r.com/k6ru3hq.html . I was scammed before, and will always do all that I can to prevent such crimes against the community. Some say I am Batman

A game of tic-tac-toe was done in the Harpoon event server, with these individuals present excluding Double D ed, although he was online. The stakes were: a Vintage Bill's, G. Fetti Attendant, Stormy Wayfinder, and a Max's head AGAINST a Ace's high Fed Fightin' Fedora. Three of the people present claimed that it was a draw all the way through, and no winner was ever declared. However, the [scammer] said that after 2 of the eyewitnesses left, he won a game shortly after, linking me a screenshot of said "win". Sadly, I believe this screenshot was a phony, as it provides no evidence that it was taken during the event and could easily be duplicated after the occurrence. The winner and his alt later deleted and blocked the victim from his friend's list. I have interviewed all 4 individuals about this event, let's see what you guys think~
