And it was pure coincidence that the "middleman" somehow somehow within the entire team fortress community had the same name as you, and also used an alt? (SEE QUOTE BELOW)

You realized you gave everyone 2 stories right? it cannot be a deliberate act of naming and at the same time AND a coincidence.
So basically you have already lied here (or almost) on steamrep, and that is not okay/tolerated here (at all).

IT Was my alt account , read post 1 . i dont really use it . i use it only for storing crate , i gave it to my friend yesterday when i need middleman , and now its still his account

Hi guys, just for short introduction, i am here for nathan's favor. From what I know from the situation: Nathan and Cherry played a bet, the game is tic tac toe, and after the game, nathan (spy) being the O won as he got three in a row. So because he won, he should get the items from the middleman which is given from Cherry (2 Unusuals from what he said) Now, nathan is blamed for cheating just becuz the people say that the middleman was controlled also by nathan. But that won't make any difference as Nathan did won and deserves the items. (Feel free to object my summary if so) Alright, nathan showed me a picture based on the situation, i wonder whether if you guys want to see it.

1. After the tic tac toe battle, the "middleman" who was your "FRIEND", only responded to you and ignored + deleted the plaintiff.
2. You could have told him ANY result. Because the MIDDLEMAN DID NOT WITNESS THE GAME.

So either way, please prove to us that he had a way to know for sure that you actually won. And ask him why he deleted the plaintiff.

i would just like to say that the picture he showed you could have been fabricated after the event, as stated by the OP. And controlling the middleman is already an unfair advantage. In a casino/betting house, as long as you're caught having/or even attempting to acquire an unfair advantage in poker, you're thrown out of the house, even though you won the jackpot legitimately on another side of the casino before/after the poker game.

I do understand about forge evidence, but if that is the case, another evidence is required to counter such evidence, thus further enlightent us about the situation.

But if there is no evidence stating that this picture i have shown is false, the case is clear, Nathan did won and deserve the prize.

As of now, it is hard to prove that he is guilty beyond reasonable doubt, due to the nature of the case.

But he has made several contradictory statements and created a very dubious defence. But do know that in our community, the "Ban first, ask later" rule applies a whole lot.

Perharps a video or a picture taken from the incident by the accuser will do, withnesses are important yes, but they might just gang up with the accuser saying that the accused is guilty, leaving innocent into a tragic ban of oblivion.

Ban first ask later huh? But is'nt it after you get banned, you can't ask anything later as you are banned and thus banned from being involved in any discussions as yr account is locked, just sayin.

no. you can appeal for the ban lift in some cases. If he can prove himself to be innocent. You know whats the easy way out?

He should return whatever s✿✿✿ he took from the plaintiff and take a screenshot of the returning transaction and post it here. And hopefully he will be forgiven. Any attempts to resist justice will be put down even further. And its his own fault to get involved into a shady transaction, with shady middlemen and whatever bs.
