Description: So basically, my friend wanted to trade his Front Runner, the video shows all the chat logs and then this guy canceled the trade, disconnected, and changed his name. My friend didn't want to make a report, so i made one for him.​

There really isn't a lot of evidence in the video, however it was very hard to make out. The victim that made the video made it extremely difficult to work with at all. It was very annoying to watch it.
One other thing, you aren't the victim. If the victim would like to make a report, they can, but we don't typically accept reports made on behalf of others. Perhaps he/she can make a report and supply more information.
