Description:
I was buying some Engineer hats on Reddit for the Secret Santa when he added me for what I assumed would be selling an Engineer hat, but then he refused to trade for metal and insisted on PayPal.

I think he's just trying to bullshit me into giving him some refined since scamming me for $0.50 seems kinda bizarre. I'm not sure if this constitutes a full on scam since he didn't get anything from me and the amount of so small.
