We used to be good friends, when he started scamming me and other peoples. I am sorry but I don't know a way to see chat history, I am honest at this part, REALLY honest. I can show you proof if I can see chat history a long while ago, but I think steam doesn't have that feature to show more proof.
Me and a friend of mine (also knows him) believes he is a scammer, he tried scamming me and my friend once (friend: http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198075234235). I know we are also scammers, believe me or not, I don't know how to scam, neither do he. Here are some pictures I took when he attempted to scam me. Please mark this person as a scammer, I don't want people to get scammed by this guy. Or by scamming me or my friends. He told me every trade he does, all those, I believe is scamming. Please believe me, I am telling the truth!

If this guy is still on your friends list and you partake in the steam chat beta then you might be able to see past chats.

Also this doesn't really seem like scamming, more like sharking/not knowing prices. Steamrep doesn't cover shark reports, but they're appreciated.

Hello, the first screenshot is not a scam and the second one it's hardly a shark.

If you want you can post this into Mann co trading but I doubt they'll take action since this is a low tier trade.
