Scammer info: He also goes by other accounts and the reps could potentially be all fake.

Reason: Paypal scam. No screen shot and accidently closed tab after trade.
Description: Was on TF2 outpost selling a Upgrade to Premium gift. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7253555
He said he had rep and pressured me to go first. I checked up on his Steam ID and it is true, he had rep so I accepted the trade request and traded the gift. He promised to send USD$6 and blocked and deleted me from his friend list.
I refreshed PayPal for a period of 1 hour and made sure I gave him the correct email too. An attempt to get to him via another friend failed and comments cannot be made on his Page. The Paypal scam is getting out of hand and this is my third time getting scammed this month.

I hope the community can take this as a proper format and there would be no further delay.
On a lighter note, If he is willing to compensate, that would be fine and dandy.

Sorry for the rushed thread, to clear up, He reassured me thrice that he will send the USD$6 and will pay the fees when I asked him if he is going to.
I later went to his Profile to comment that he's a scammer and at that moment realised I wasn't on his friend list and that I couldn't comment too, which mean I had been blocked.
