This newbie is training to be a scammer. He added me to ask for some weapons and I was glad to give it to someone who never had any. I found out he had a strange bottle and reg pistol. He deleted it after I noticed it. < sorry, no proof of this.

He then readds me, changes his name, and pretends to be someone else.
He's a scammer in training..as of now he's doing it to beg for stuff, but won't be long before he's scamming stuff from richer traders.

If you won't mark him, can you at the least yell/talk with him?

Training to be a scammer? That's new. As it is though, it seems to be that it's just what it looks like: begging. We'll see what the staff thinks. I'm actually very interested in the outcome of this report.

Hello, there's not any sort of evidence in the chat that guy wanted to scam whatsoever. And "Scammer in training" is just mere speculation and doesn't warrant anything.
