This guy was offering to give away items if we gave him the gift wrap for it on outpost. I was stupid so I went to tf2 warehouse and got the gift wrap for him. Of course as soon as he takes it he changes his Id, his profile picture, and his username. I also think he blocked me. Long story short, I didn't get the gift wrap or a giftwrapped item back.
