    Description ; This was my first time trading through payment of cash to paypal. as seen everything went smoothly, i even check his steamrep. he add me saying he wanted to buy genuine kantusa.. it was my friends item which i have the authority from him to sell the specific item. after we agree on details he send me a screenshot of his page going on sending the transaction over. which i include below.. after he send.. i send.. then i never receive stated payment as promise. please advice.. i have no idea what to do.. and im short of 1 item.. which is not mind.
