Apparently i didnt save a good one that shows it happened, my mistake on that end however just want to let everyone else know, if you do come across this guy, he would attempt to sell you an EF Wardog TEAL courier and later swap it for Felicity Blessing Teal. I understand you need good screenshots, but i didnt took a good one as i was busy blasting vulgarities on him and reported to Valve via his profile. Heh.

From the screenshot, you can probably see how he does it -
Trades you the right courier,once everything is in place, "pretends" to have accepted the deal and let it load for ages trying to immitate the usual lag trades, he even offered to re-do it as you can see on the chat, but i told him dont worry about it as it usually happens, but after a minute or two, he cancels it manually as you can see the 1st trade got cancelled on my windows bar and then proceeds to making the second trade with the mentioned attempted scam of swapping midways.

**I come from Dota2traders.com and have posted my report there as well, just wanted to share some information on this matter here on steamrep as his technique of scamming might work on other traders as he takes advantages of the usual trade lags issues steam is having at the moment. Unfortunately not as i've mentioned in my opening statement, i shouldve been more calm when taking the screenshots heh, but i understand you need more information but just wanted to let others know his technique of scamming as he's currently abusing the fact that trades take longer than usual nowadays in steam. I guess he might have gotten off the hook this time . Bastard.

Sorry but there's not enough evidence here to warrant any sort of action.
