Description: On the 21st of June I traded with this guy on a trade server. He said he was very rushed in the trade chat and he was very persuasive (He made me think the item was worth more than it was), he started the offer very high, he originally asked for a lot of hats at the start of the trade, and I managed to negotiate it down to one hat which I thought was reasonable because he made it appear as if his item was worth a lot.
