Description: I traded some time ago my copy of Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag to this guy for $35 in Paypal. I got my copy from another trader, I assume he's russian because the version of the game is RU tagged in his Account details. I think he is now trying to get his money from me because apparently, Steam has put a restriction on this package. I cannot give him the money back because the russian guy won't give me back my keys I gave him for the copy. As long as the steam gift wasn't RU tagged or had any red text with restrictions on it, I assumed it was ROW. In his library the game didn't have any tag, only in Account Details.
Now another thing: the Paypal case says that the buyer has filed a claim stating this transaction was made without the account holder’s knowledge or consent. That is not true, we agreed on steam chat how this will go and he also said he won't chargeback.
I am not a scammer and he isn't either, I just want this to get solved in a good way. Maybe I should have posted this in Judgement Appeal but I want more people to see this. If Paypal will try to return his money, then I will have no choice but to punish his chargeback and hope he will learn his lesson.
Awaiting response or advice.

Yeah I want to solve in good way too but it already region locked and it isn't mine. I traded it for my friend. So why you don't talk with your RU trader first?
and I opened a dispute on Paypal as "Unauthorised Case" because I can select that choice only.

Since I don't see the option to close the thread, I would like that a mod/admin would do it for me.
Everything is ok now.
