added me randomly, offered on my unusual smoking pith helm for 5 keys + 50 dollars on paypal, looked through his outpost and all his trades are filled with past owners claiming he paypal scammed them. http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/270532 is his outpost. He also has a private inventory, and claimed something about 'personal affairs'? I dont think he was english...

I sadly do not have a log of the chat, but the proof is there on his outpost trades.

I would be another victim of KaiPopplez. I posted about on tf2outpost a few days prior to him adding me randomly about my Unusual Old Guad. I idiotically assumed he was somewhat trusted after checking previous trades and rep on his profile. He offered me 10 keys + 90 USD via PayPal. I accepted his offer and he gave me the 10 keys and I gave him the hat. I waited a second and ask when he was going to send the money and what information he needed from me. He responded with "wait a moment" and I waited, and waited for another response (he was in game so I thought he might be busy or something). After a while I started sending him messages and never responded after that. I checked his outpost profile again and noticed multiple people getting scammed all very upset that their unusual's that whey worked so hard for are gone, just like that. I realize Steam does not support IRL money trading and will not refund you your stolen merchandise but I think taking action against this guy is necessary. KaiPopplez has traded all of our hats away and I have been talking to their new owner who paid 3 buds for all of them. He has agreed to keep the hats and not make matters worse.

I would be another victim of KaiPopplez. Ok so I got an invite from a guy named Kaipopplez and he wanted to trade me for my unusual blizzard sultan's and he said he'll give me 45 dollars to my account through paypal. So asked him to give me 1 cent to prove that it works, but he said if I give you 1 cent, I cant give you the 45 bucks. I asked him to give me the money first, but he said no since I had too little reps. He said he'll give me the money and add a few items. I accepted since he had like 8 pages of +reps and everything and I trusted him. After I traded, I got no money and he blocked me. http://imgur.com/lrKrSS2
