Markeloff added me on steam. He never initiated a chat and he appears to have been offline the entire time he was in my friends list, however, he sent two trade offers with the following text

and

Code:

"markeloff offered to buy items from your inventory for 210,00 USD. If you agree the exchange of money will come after the trade during 3 minutes"
