Description:
This person added me shortly after I posted a trade on tf2outpost (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8462301) in which I am selling a bills hat for 8 keys. ELVIAN offered $40USD instead of keys (4x current market price). I checked steamrep found he was a scammer, and filled this report.
