He added me out of the blue and almost immediately invited to trade. He asked for my Bill's Hat Painted After 8 in exchange for his Bill's Hat painted Value of Teamwork. He did not make any mention of the gift text and the fact that it was gifted. After the trade was completed, I thanked him for the trade and went to his profile to leave a +rep to show he was reliable and fast. Then he messaged me, apologized, and told me it was gifted. I asked to swap the items back, because it was an obviously rediculous trade. The Bill's Hat he traded me being only around 60% of the value of the one I gave him. He told me he couldn't. I bargained with him and informed him that I would have to report him. I kept pleading with him and he ignored me and told me that he left a "BIG REP" on my profile.
