Description: Bobek said that all of his TF2 items were gone from is inventory and that he wanted free weapons. So, I told him that did he visit any phishing sites or did he disable SteamGuard and then he answered he "no". After that, he said wanted free weapons again. I got a little bit suspicious so I went to his inventory and it said he had 0 items (http://puu.sh/4v5EC.PNG). I attempted to make a trade offer but then the Steam client said his inventory was private (http://puu.sh/4v5OX.PNG). No wonder why he wanted free weapons. Then I told him to set his inventory to "not private" so I could actually confirm he had 0 items. But then he still kept saying that he wanted free weapons. I told did he report his issue to Steam/Valve and he said "no" again. Suddenly, he told he was Polish and he had to use a translator to communicate with me.. So I spoke with him in Polish using a translator and told to make his inventory not private but he still kept saying he wanted free weapons.. I told him in Polish that if he didn't set his inventory not private, I would report him on SteamRep .Then he said "bay".
