Rejected 76561198079976078 (SR Scammer)

Sorry for aiming this statement at you but could somebody please hurry up and finish my case. I have been banned and put on probation and listed as a scammer for terrible reasons so instead of debating with me only to find out you guys are wrong... for once see my side. Be merciful I am a high community attributer and am currently working on the humble bundle promo item to be accepted in the game later this year. I AM NOT A SCAMMER AND FOR ONCE INSTEAD OF BRINGING UP QUESTIONS THAT I GIVE YOU THE CORRECT ANSWER TO BUT TURNS OUT YOU WANT A DIFFERENT ANSWER TO TRY AND SAY IM GUILTY WHEN IM NOT IS UNFAIR...

It really does not matter who you are, appeals take time. Helen brings up a good point, how could somebody age at a faster rate than time allows? Shes just pointing out very obvious holes in a "story". IF you appeal is accepted, the valve probation tag remains, those are placed by VALVe, not steam rep. Only the scammer tag is placed and removed by SR. Just be patient though, your time shall come.

Hello and thanks for your response it was very helpful... however the thing is helen was wrong and didnt read the thread entirely.. if you look back at the two threads you can see I have TWO cousins one being 5 and the other 10/11. Please can you defend me the only evidence I have is what has been said before.. people are showing me things like helen has done but dont actually read what was in the thread. Could you pleases look over it for me. Im innocent and need somebody to defend me.

I dont defend people, nobody does. Thats not how Steam Rep works. Appeals take time, so just stay patient. These things are NOT done over night or even in a week.

Below is an email I sent to Helen who actually reminded me that I also posted a steam ticket about my cousin taking over my account =D
I was issued a trade probation, which was later revoked due to the circumstance of it not actually being my fault.

Hi Helen , I had posted almost about half a year ago about my appeal from my scammer tag, I would really appreciate if you would read this and take it into account, as I'm not the only user being affected by this.
First I'd like to mention, I am both a Workshop Contributor and Server Admin, I would never even think about doing something as diabolical as what I have been accused of, I am a frequent trader and this tag has restricted me from even entering the very server I helped to run.

Now first off, I don't mind if i'm going to suffer from this, but in this email I am going to defend a user who is unfairly being dragged into this, her steam name is "Dragon05" she is apparently listed as my "alt" which is weird considering I personally was not the one who had anything to do with the scamming.
All the scamming took place on 2 days over a short period of 2 weeks. Before and after that I haven't even been affiliated with such things.. however back to Dragon05, I have evidence which was even provided by the victim to prove she has nothing to do with this and is not even remotely affiliated with what has happened. I provide you with a link to a screen shot where the victim has provided a chat between me and him (At this point this was me talking as I was trying to explain the misunderstanding)
Please look at the bit I have underlined in red, this was the chat I had with him before steam rep was involved, Dragon05 offered me cards in exchange for nothing, her profile was private till sometime ago when I had told her to make it public, she shouldn't have to suffer for this.

Now onto my case, Two people were victimised by my cousin. As soon as I was informed of such scamming I immediately went to return the items, (I know, my cousin scammed on my account, so I am responsible, but I was responsible about it and returned the items, its not as if I were to let him get away with it)
The first victim "Pyramid Rogue", I returned what was scammed, and he dropped his case against me"

Now the second man is much more interesting
See he had sent me gay porn and not to mention a virus which potentially shut down my computer completely, my cousin had to see the porn but im not here to discuss mental compensation. I had to pay over £1000 to repair my PC which at the point I might as well have bought a new one. I was marked for probation by Valve not long after, however I have worked closely with Valve before, I talked to them, and not only did they get rid of my probation, I was legible to request legal action, however I realise that is not your concern, Please, feel free to read the chat, I was nothing but nice, helpful and understanding to him, it is true that my cousin had claimed it was no scam however I have seen evidence to believe it was, now nonetheless I did try to return the items exactly as I did with the last victim, however such attacks prevented me from doing so.
I am prepared to answer to anything, and I personally realise my fault was that it was my account scamming. I fixed everything momentarily afterwards, I did everything to prevent any harm from happening, I know you are reasonable, but I beg of you. I contribute highly to the community, both on this account and my last ones.. im even friends with the owner of Backpack.tf, I would never do anything to harm anyone. This tag is injust so please have mercy, this title has damaged my once high reputation, I have lost money, a computer, my dignity, everything. I really hope you can abolish this tag, I am prepared to answer any questions to defend myself.

When you said appeals take time, I wasn't aware it would take over one and a half years.

It's been one and half years since the incident. I ask that you please re-evaluate my case.
I have been innocent from the start, but I respect that it is very hard for you guys to prove.
But in case any of you have noticed, the account you label as my alt... is only because she gave me a bunch of free cards..
HOW THE F**K DOES THIS WORK FOR A SYSTEM??
If dragon05 were my alt, why would my account even be here huh?
If I really was a scammer, why wouldn't I use my alt?
I don't have an alt, that's F**KING why.
I'm really losing my patience with this, I've suffered for so long cause of it.
And because of one mistake that wasn't even my fault, I have suffer for it forever.
I'm begging you, pls.. I talked to Helen a year ago about it, I provided links to the steam ticket I'd posted at the time...
I've provided links of the chat, I have provided more than enough evidence. If that all isn't enough then SR clearly isn't efficient enough to find real scammers. Check dragon05's profile, it was private and perhaps that is why she was listed, but that's stupid, very stupid.
