Description:
Attempted Scam Date: March 1st, 2013

I was on a trade server one day, then I recieved a friend request from somebody who had a TF2WH Profile Picture. I knew it was a fake, and I knew this guy was a (tryhard) scammer. I checked his profile and it was private. After the trade, he went offline as I checked his SteamRep. It appears as well he wasn't trade banned. If he comes to a success on scamming a few other people, this will not be good. If you can, will you be able to trade ban him under the circumstances?

I forgot to add, he was already a scammer.

However, he traded me, so this may mean he was not trade banned
