Description: So. I was added to a Raffe group. This guy was the main raffler. This Raffle was for an Orbiting Fire TC. I believe it was a fraud. The winner (GHOST) Bought 4 Slots. The guy is a F2P with 0.3(!!!) hours on TF2. One of his 3 only friends Are the raffler. When I found this out I checked if he EVER even had that TC. By Backpack.TF he didnt. I think he just scammed everyone and didnt raffle anything. I was going to be admin of that group but when I confronted him he kicked me out (I hope the owner will fix this). Anyway this guy is a SCAMMER.I will provide screenshots of his profile, the raffle, the winner announcement and the "winner" profile.

Ghost guy added me and said that he got the unusual and thrift isnt a scammer and hes selling it.
I tried to check his backpack and its private.
i tried to make a Steam Offer but it Gives an error that shows he cant even trade...

Thrift Told me that he got the TC from a guy named Keevosh that can confirm it.
I check keevosh`s backpack....
AND WHAT DID I FOUND OUT?
1) Keevosh`s backpack wasnt ever worth more then 60 dollars.... (an Orbiting fire TC is worth couple hundred dollars...)
2)The Earbuds Thrift Supposedly raffled 2-3 days ago.
And traded back to himself after a day....
ALSO I talked to thrift and he tried to make out if I reported him and said he wants to give me Earbuds.... Later he unfriended me....

ALSO changed name to BCS[O] On Break

I talked to the guy and he says that he was on vacation to alaska and his brother hijaked the account.
he even talked to me from GHOST (he said its his brothers acc) and unprivated his backpack. Also sent me clear trade history.
I kinda believe the guy but need a mod opinion.
He said that his brother used the scammed keys to buy games and the earbuds he owns.
