Description:
I was on a trade server, and received a message from the scammer. In the trade chat, he asked me if his bubble pipe was unusual or not. He went on to convince me that it was a "glitched unusual," because it still had the smoking effect. We negotiated, and the final deal came out as three miscs and two weapons for the hat. Once I realized it wasn't unusual, I sent him a steam chat asking for my items back. He immediately went offline and changed his username. I kept trying to talk to him, but he left the server every time I did and eventually made his steam user private.

I don't have pictures of the chat, but I feel like his name changing and fleeing from the servers should be evidence of him being guilty.

I don't have anything else to back it up, but I do have people who will vouch for me and who have heard players bragging about carrying out this same scam.
