He random traded me and kept spamming this offer on me.

If that guy was spamming you, you just should block him and search another trader. But there is no scam in the trade.
As i can see both traders add items,after that, the guy starts spamming the trade-chat and you remove the shotgun, There´s no even a final trade, and you didnt lose any item.
Im sorry, but i cant call this even a shark attempt.
Also, the message about "1vs1 will beat your ass" are proving you´re not just sending the report for just the trade.
