    Description:
    This guy with a private profile / bp adds me on outpost 30 minutes ago (January 8, 2013) looking to buy my TS Bill's Hat with steam wallet funds. He has only one post on outpost: http://www.tf2outpost.com/user/261063.

    Screenshots from our chat above. Basically, he tells me he can send me $20 on steam directly through steam wallet, and it will go through once our trade is complete.
