On 29 june I was banned from outpost and marked as a scammer on SR. It came as a massive shock to me. The reason given was "Brokering for banned user"

So here is what happened.

I met this guy Bucket while playing 2fort on starhub about a year ago. He was a medic and I was a soldier, we played for quite some time together and soon became friends. After a few days we became such good friends that I had no problem lending my stuff to Bucket. At first they were small things like kringle and all. As I progressed I reached higher and higher in trading community.

One day I noticed that I had 1 scammer freind on SR which was BUCKET!!
When I asked Bucket about it he said he was hacked long time ago and then marked as a scammer when he got the account back. I asked if he had appealed to which he said he had but nothing happened. I believed him. I asked him to make a new account after that just to be safe.

So after a few days he made a new account by the name of Bucket.exe. By this time I was in unusual trade and I had no problem lending to most of my friends which included Bucket. Days passed.

One day Bucket asked me if he could try selling an unusual, I gave him my four low range hats (2-4 buds) and asked him to sell them if he can in 1 day.
Without my knowledge he posted an advertisement on outpost when I had one add already. (this is an offence - Relisting)

After a few days, actually 29 june now I was banned for brokering items for banned user. Bucket wasn't banned untill now. He was banend ont he same day as me.

First thing, I never brokered any of Bucket's stuff, it is all mine.
Second, he was banned the same day as me, how was I supposed to know he was banned?

That was my appeal for TF2OP ban which got accepted and I was unbanned from oupost but given a caution tag.

Okay, I'm going to go ahead and reduce this to a caution. Because so many items have passed between you, I feel the community should be educated that you have had multiple trades with him. If you trade with a marked scammer again, for any reason, you will receive a scammer tag.

There has been some recent development in the case. Bucket's appeal was recently accepted and he was unmarked rendering my caution tag baseless. I traded with a person who is unmarked.

I would appreciate if I integrity is returned to it's former glory and my caution tag removed
