This guy took nearly all of my things, which is nearly all that he has in his inventory now, and gave me a Bubbling unusual caoopers hard top. He said the hat was worth a bud but its 12-15 keys and the stuff I gave him was 18 keys worth. He wont give my stuff back and wont talk to me.

Hello, from the sounds of it, this seems like a sharking report. Steamrep doesn't cover shark reports, though you can try and report him to a community such as MannCo Trading that does.
