I planned to buy keys via paypal for the first time, and I pay him 95 USD first, he said "hold on , logging in" then just logged off or deleted and block my account, I couldnt do anything because I had no experience and I trusted him, I sent him money without paypal protection. I dont have the chat screenshot because I was shock and dont know what I should do.

1.) Screenshots of the chat, or any proof of the original agreement
2.) A screenshot of your trade history from now to when the scam took place showing that you never received your payments
