He added me about an hour before and said he was a valve admin, but he didn't even bother trying to change his profile. Honestly, this was a piss poor attempt at getting me to give him my unusual. I would hope that no one else would let a complete stranger borrow their hat, but I feel I should at least report him in case. First time submitting a report so if I missed anything at all I will be sure to supply it immediately.
