I saw his trade offer on dota2lounge for some treasure keys (game items). I wanted to get 50 keys and finally we decided to do 10 keys first. He got my money via Paypal then tried to excuse himself busy having other trades, and never traded me the things we agreed on. I've printedscreened the part of the conversation that I could still be able to access to, and also printscreened his trade offer on dota2lounge, which has another person saying he is a scammer. I also printscreened the Paypal transaction e-mails, in one of them stating he has accepted the payment. Please check the attached images.
Please note that my gmail account is set on the UK time zone, but I'm traveling in Asia right now so there might be some time differences in the images (my computer shows it's just a few hours into 28 August but the Paypal email still shows its 27 August).

Hi guys, I just want to update this thread.
After I opened a case on Paypal, the scammer just didn't respond to us at all. It has been a month and Paypal has decided to reverse the money, took the money from him and returned it to me.
Anyway, please ban this person. He has been scamming quite a few more people I'm sure.

Hi, you asked to provide a screenshot of my trade history, can you be more specific? I sent him the money through Paypal but we never traded anything.
Attached are the 2 screenshots from my Paypal, one shows I sent him $18 on August 27, the other one shows more details of this case, and also shows that Paypal has returned the money to me.
