Description:
Noahrod and Pikachu were friends. Noah traded 1:2, unusual hats, his Crone's Dome for Pikachu's Safe n' Sound & Napper's Respite. Then Pikachu wanted his hats back to look at them one last time and Noah trusted him (because they had been friends for along time) So Noah gave them back. (Screenshot #2) But then Pikachu told him that if he wanted his hats back he has to give him 2 buds worth of items to him first. Which he did (Screenshot #3), but then Pikachu did not give Noah his unusuals back.

This is what i was told when this incident took place about a month or so ago. I had him banned via steamid/ip from OPST community and also Polipolop, an OPST admin, told Noah to report him to steam support. Which caused his first account to be on trade probation.

On one of the website links, he said something about Polipolop that she is a part of this. Well that seems to be false, four weeks ago i opened up a ticket to steam support to check her our and it seems she is clear and does not have a trade probation or anything. (Steam support said they won't tell me if she is connected or not) but based on the fact that her account remains clean of any trade ban/probation i think it's clear that she is not connected to Pikachu.

I'm here if any questions about anything. I do agree that Pikachu were scamming / sharking a lot, and that's why we banned him from our servers and that's also why we're posting here, to make this stop and to warn people. thanks for your attention.
