The account was recovered but items were lost. As seen in proof of being hacked.png, Kuniva traded FafiPuding's items to his account. As proof that FafiPuding was not consolidating his trade, you can see in proof I was trading with people.png, FafiPuding traded with other people in dota2lounge.com because I'm giving something to them and gaining something at the same time unlike with Kuniva's case. As said earlier, items were lost. This is also the first time FafiPuding's account was hijacked/hacked. Thank you for all your help.
Hello there thanks for submitting the report! If your friend was hijacked get all the evidence you can and then go to steam support. Steam Rep can't get accounts back.
Hi there. His account was hacked after using the phishing site. He was disconnected in Steam and then after he reconnected, most of his items were gone and were traded to Kuniva (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197994158412) as seen in attached image. No account was lost or in need of recovery. The items lost was his concern and he wanted those to be recovered. He had already filed a report in steam support. Thanks for the quick reply.
