I think it's a Phishing Attempt, not sure though. Please check the link he provided me. Also, he's trying to dupe me into giving him my Steam Account. I have blocked communication with his Account now.

Hopefully, I fulfilled all the requirements of the Report, if at all i didn't, do mention the same to me.
