i was playing a game (not TF2) and this guy tells me i scammed him out of a TS bills and a key, and i got the TS bills from this guy: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198086152290
i can get the trade history to prove i got it form him the trade was only a few days ago if needed

sorry i didn't add this part in in, this guy was not on my friends list when he contacted me

He confessed about being a scammer.
