He offered me a nice deal ( I should have suspected this) , and because I haven't been scammed before I trusted him,gave him the key and that's all .... lesson learned : don't trust every damn guy that approaches you in a random chat group ( steam trading cards) . At least he could have give me Arma 3 Lite )) Hope you enjoy the game :|

I'm personally unsure if something can be done about this. Such key trades cannot be traced or tracked, and with the lack of evidence if the key is even valid or even received by the other person it makes it very hard to mark him.

@Skyrider I understand that ....he's not saying a thing : key activated / duplicated / or even unfriend me .... i think he''s just playing with my nerves . As for the key i checked his profile before and after the trade . So the key was ok , buy i only have made a screenshot after the deal (didn't thought something like this would happen' ) .

Anyway, even he will be considered a scammer or not I felt obliged to tell you guys about it .
I already had the game so it's not a big loss . Lost a key , won a scammer "friend" .

Haha, he did the same to me 2 days ago. I traded my Trine 2 for a CS:GO key, which of course didn't work.

Your Trine 2 was a gift ? If so , report him and attach some proof (inventory history or smth) . I hate his guy he doesn't wants to unfriend me ) I'm sending him daily messages to give me my game back =))))
