After I sent the money we checked it and went offline for a few hours. For whatever reason he didn't delete me though. To be clear, you send him the money, he did not provide the item and you then initiated at chargeback, correct?
Sorry for the late answer, but I waited a bit since he started to give me back the money in form of skins after I harassed him a few weeks. But yes, it's exactly as you said and I didn't get everything back yet and I don't think I ever will.
